At Mindfully Nutrition, I help people discover great eating habits so they feel great. I help you understand how food impacts you mentally and physically and take you on a food journey to feel happy, energised and ready for anything.


About me


Hurtling towards my mid-40s, I'd spent 25 years in the fast-paced corporate world, where I experienced firsthand the toll of burnout and stress, lacklustre energy, plummeting motivation, and hopelessness. When inevitable age-related change was added to the mix, I realised it was time to get some better habits.


I changed my lifestyle and food choices and realised that life could be much more enjoyable. I qualified with a Diploma in Applied Nutrition, backed by deep evidence-based training, so I could help others find ways to feel great physically and mentally.


Today, I'm dedicated to helping individuals unlock their full potential and well-being through nourishing food choices and lifestyle changes.
